Which apps will help you get a good night’s sleep?
The new roku app lets you pick your own bedtime, customize your schedule and get tips on getting your day off to a good start.
roku is the name of the mobile app from the New York City-based startup that aims to bring an interactive experience to sleep.

But I was in my late 20s and a bit of a nerd when I first got started at Roomba, a company that uses vacuum cleaners to vacuums the homes of people with developmental disabilities.
Roombas helped me get over my fear of going to bed alone, and we started to see each other more often.
Roommates who live in the same apartment and shared our bedroom shared stories of their sleep problems.
The Roombam team was kind enough to invite me to a RoombapCon event in New York, and the app quickly caught my eye.
The app quickly grew to include a new version called Roombo, and then an updated version called roku.
Now it has a new name, and more than a dozen apps are available.
I’d like to get out of my apartment and live out of the house a bit more, so I started using the app to help.
roku has a whole bunch of new features, like scheduling your sleep with a calendar or scheduling your morning activities by date and time.
But the most exciting part of the roku launch is that it includes a personal assistant.
If you have one of those giant, blue screens on your phone that looks like a clock, you can ask roku what you need to do to get your day going.
It will suggest things that you can do, like grab a coffee or make a quick meal.
You can also set alarms to help you stay up and ready.
It’s not a smartwatch, but it does work on the same screen, so you can still use it for email and other tasks, or even share it with friends.
So far, I’ve used roku for my sleep schedule.
But, I haven’t used it for my morning routine yet.
As for me, I’d love to have a dedicated bedtime app, but I know it’s a little harder than a dedicated alarm app.
So, I’m looking forward to getting to know roku a little more.
The new app has also been updated to include recommendations for your own sleep habits.
You get recommendations based on your height, weight, height, height/weight ratio and activity level.
It also suggests how many minutes you should be awake, and what time it is.
You will be able to customize your sleep schedule based on this.
And it’s available in more than 50 countries and in more languages than ever before.
